Are you working on a novel, but you’re stuck? Or do you have a great idea but don’t quite know how to begin? This introduction to plot will show you to the seven basic plots that exist in almost all fiction, from fairy tales to modern novels, and will help you find a way to fit your vision into a story that will resonate. Veteran author Laura Preble (Queen Geek Social Club, Out) will guide you through the basics of plotting your story in a hands-on workshop where you’ll get to diagram your idea and get feedback from other writers. All writing levels encouraged.
Laura Preble is the award-winning author of the young adult series, Queen Geek Social Club (Penguin/Berkley Jam), which includes the novels Queen Geeks in Love and Prom Queen Geeks, and Out.
