So you’ve finished writing (and revising) your novel — what next? In this one day workshop, participants will learn about how to craft the ever-important query letter as well as how (and where) to submit it. We will discuss how to write a great hook, a captivating and concise summary, and how to pen your bio. We will also look at the various resources to help you research agents and editors as well as the etiquette of the submission process.

TGreenwood-nov-20111_200x2781T. Greenwood is the author of seven novels, including Two Rivers, The Hungry Season, and This Glittering World. Her seventh novel, Grace, was published in April of 2012. She has received grants from the Sherwood Anderson Foundation, the Christopher Isherwood Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Maryland State Arts Council. She lives with her husband and their two daughters in San Diego, where she is also an aspiring photographer.
