This is a NEW read & critique group with limited registration. Pay monthly for your ongoing participation.  There is a discount for signing up for 4 months at a time (members only).

This group will be limited in size but not in scope or content. Whatever you’re writing for kids, and whatever your level of experience, you’re welcome to sign up.


Whatever type of children’s book you want to write—picture books, chapter books, middle grade, or young adult—we’ll set you on your way to creating stories that are treasured for a lifetime.


In previous chapters, Marcie Colleen has been a teacher, an actress, and a nanny, but now she spends her days writing children’s books! Her books includeThe Super Happy Party Bears chapter book series with Macmillan/Imprint, as well as her debut picture book Love, Triangle illustrated by Bob Shea (Balzer+Bray/HarperCollins) and Penguinaut!, to be published by Scholastic in 2018.
