In this fun workshop, your writing will deepen and become clearer through the use of visual stimuli such as art pieces, postcards and magazine photos. Novice and experienced writers are all invited. Bring journals and pens; all other materials (i.e. paper, glue, magazines, and surprises) will be provided.


Jill G. Hall is a writer and visual artist and curator of the shows at Inspirations Gallery. Her debut novel, The Black Velvet Coat, was recently released by She Writes Press. A Year in Ink, The Avocet, Sunshine Noir, Serving House Journal and Wild Women, Wild Voices are a few of the anthologies where her poetry has been published. She is a past president of San Diego Writers, Ink, currently chairs The Creative Catalyst Program at the San Diego Foundation and facilitates creativity workshops for artists of all types. She holds an Ed.D. from Northern Arizona University and a master’s degree from the University of San Diego. www.jillghall.com
