Non-fiction Page-turners: memoirs, biographies, narrative nonfiction, and true crime that engages the reader

What if you could write a memoir that was exciting as a murder mystery, a biography that drew in the audience like a novel, or a piece of nonfiction that your readers just couldn’t put down? There is wonderful craft involved in artfully arranging true events into a book, and through the powerful techniques taught in this class, you can learn how to do it like a pro.

Topics covered include through-lines, thematic writing, structure, and voice. Learn why some memoirs and nonfics succeed while others fail, acquire skills for capturing the right tone, and leave equipped with a framework for organizing your book.
