Why do some stories come together, while others fall apart?
Are you ready to mastermind the perfect plot?

Join author Lisa Shapiro for three evenings of plot, subplot and tension. By creating story arcs of different length you can add depth, and maximize pace and tension. This three-session class will help you organize your plot points, develop supporting subplots and keep the right balance between them. Sessions are every other week, with homework between classes.

Lisa Shapiro is the author of three novels, The Color of Winter, Sea to Shining Sea and Endless Love, as well as numerous short stories. Her latest novel, co-authored with Deborah Reed, is The Chamber and The Cross. Lisa is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley, received her Masters degree from Antioch University, and teaches creative writing at Grossmont College. lkshap@aol.com
