Contests / Submissions Writers write and then they submit and San Diego Writers, Ink offers several opportunities for writers to find an audience, or to compete for cash and other prizes, and to get published. Each year we hold our Valentine’s Contest for Fiction and Poetry (about love, of course), and this year, to celebrate our first year in our own home, we’re publishing an anthology of work by the writers of San Diego Writers, Ink. Also premiering this year, First Friday Open Mic Prose is creating a compilation CD of "The Best of..."
