 Anita J. Knowles, originally from rural Ohio, earned her MFA in Film Production at USC's School of Cinema-Television. She is a writer-in-progress looking to re-ignite her groove. She has a trilogy of film scripts in process, including a World War II story of three sisters, a small-town paper and a secret Amish sewing circle that changed the course of history. Anita works in the veterinary field to pay the bills and to soak in the goodness of our four-footed friends, including her own exuberant Beagle, Roxanne, who teaches her patience and the value of belly rubs every day. Anita is a rabid Duke Basketball fan who will be checking scores on the 28th to find out if the Blue Devils are headed for the Final Four.
