 Nicole Vollrath, MFA, currently teaches creative writing at UCSD Extention. SDW Inkers may recognize her as last year's NaNoWriMo event coordinator, February's salon leader, or hostess of Room To Write on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. Her flash fiction, 'First Time,' took second prize in San Diego CityBeat's Fiction 101 contest 2007.
