Room To Write welcomes Script Frenzy participants in April
Sometimes the kitchen table just won’t do. One of a writer’s biggest challenges is finding the time and space to write — and we’re pleased to announce Room to Write, a free program that dedicates quiet time at the Ink Spot for SDW, Ink members. Bring a laptop or notebook, your muse, and enjoy a quiet, comfortable place to do your work in the company of other (silent) writers.
If you're not already an SDW, Ink member, join today and become eligible for Room to Write.
Seeking fame and fortune as a writer of plays or screenplays? Have some spare time in April? Don't want to go it alone? In the tradition of November's NaNoWriMo, participants in Script Frenzy commit to penning a 100-page stage script or screenplay during the month of April. For more information, contact Municipal Liaison and SDW, Ink member Jason Hough at scriptfrenzy@tactorfiction.com and register at scriptfrenzy.org.
Script Frenzy writers are invited to join our regular Sunday Room to Write April 6 and April 20 from 1:00 - 5:00 pm at no charge. We'll follow our regular format of silent writing time with 10-minute social breaks at the top of each hour. We hope you'll join us.
