Writing for the Web means targeting two audiences – people and Google. With people, you are writing for audiences with limited time. With Google, you are writing for search engine rankings.

In this class, we’ll look at how to:

• Adapt your existing writing skills for Web audiences
• Write so your online audiences want to keep coming back
• Write for Google, so your copy is found by as wide an audience as possible.
• Use photos and video to enhance your search engine rankings
• Use social media, such at Twitter and LinkedIn, to market your work

This is a hands-on workshop.  We will examine successful Web sites, write copy and critique your Web work.

Our goal is for you to feel more confident and excited about writing online.
